Our meat is never frozenWe use fresh, 100% halal meat, which is free of preservatives or chemicals.  

Every Tex’s location serves 100% halal meat. Certifications for our products can be found here.

There is no pink slime in our ground beef. We do not source from companies that utilize ammonia treatment or add lean finely texturized beef to the meat.

All locations offer the plant-based Beyond Burger for our vegetarian customers. The Beyond Burger is meatless but looks and tastes just like beef! Select locations also have a healthy salad option on the menu.  

Nutritional information for each item can be found on the menu portion of our website.  

All menu items are dairy-free, with the exception of the cheese on the cheeseburgers and the dessert items.  

We use 100% canola oil to prepare our food.  

Every burger is cooked on the spot and made with fresh meat and toppings.

Our signature Hell Burger has two layers of cheese, jalapenos, fried onions and a secret homemade sauce that sets it apart from the rest.  

We sell small containers of our homemade Hell sauce in every store.  

Yes, we have a Kids Menu with chicken nuggets and chicken tenders that are sure to make your child smile!  

We are on all major delivery platforms such as UberEatsDoorDash or Grubhub, so that you can conveniently order delicious food right to your doorstep! 

All locations offer a dine-in or take out option for our customers.  

Yes! We have a loyalty rewards program and special offers on our Tex’s appwhich is available to download from App Store and Google Play StoreCustomers can also check out the Offers page on our website for limited-time deals.  

Unfortunately, we do not offer free Wi-Fi at our locations at this time.

Yes - simply contact us in advance to schedule dates.

We provide catering and delivery for large orders by request. Inquiries can be directed to management at the store of your choice or sent to info@eattexs.com. 

No. Tex’s Chicken and Burgers currently has locations in the United States, in the states of New York and Pennsylvania. We plan on expanding in the near future so keep your eyes open!  

Yes, we accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay at all locations.

No, prices vary from store to store based on supply and demand in the area.

No, every location does not have a private parking lot.
